A healthy treat ! Made a delicious summer kale and mango salsa salad for my friends whom I visited up north in Middletown , Ca. Super delicious and refreshing . I basically massaged olive oil and balsamic vinegar or apple cigar vinegar to organic baby kale ( where they now have at Costco ! Costco is getting on the ball , I might have to renew my membership) . Also massaged some hass avocado onto the kale making a creamy texture. With a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt . I love adding some type of fruit to my salad for sweetness. It can range from strawberries, apples , Raisens , cranberries , etc. We had an abundance of mango also bought from Costco so decided to make a basic mango type salsa consisting of sliced green mangos , baby tomatoes , cilantro , and some lime. I usually add Soaked pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds for protein. Yum :)

A seemingly tortuous machine but I love it. My max so far is 160 to 170 degrees. Just 10 to 20 degrees to a perfect alignment! It’s a work on progress just like everything else in life.

Photoshoot at El Matador State Beach, Ca. Had an amazing shoot with Daniel Deforest Photography and Nicole… I was able to work with 2 creative photographers at one time. I can’t wait to see what each individual photographer envisions behind their lens..It is never the same.

This correlates to ones perspective of the world.. One can be optimistic vs pessimistic given the same event or situation. Each individuals outlook or interpretation of this world is shaped by one’s family, upbringing, past events, relationships, etc. But you can change it if you choose to. I choose beauty , positivity , love and all the yummy goodness.
